The new face of community consultation
Take a look at this presentation,. Those of us who are constantly trying to convince public sector bodies to join the social media conversation will take some heart from this. I can think of many projects where this type of activity would have dramatically improved what currently passes for ‘consultation’.

Hey Ian,
Thanks man! I was excited to see over on Get Shouty’s site that Melbourne was launching the city plan on a wiki for public engagement/consultation. And I loved their backcasting scenario of “My Grandmother Used to Drive a Car.”
